Booking Policy

All bookings must be paid in full before the tour. WA TOURS accept the following types of payments; PayPal, Visa Card, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Cash. Customers can pay on the day of their tour through Visa Card, Master Card or Cash, however they must partially pay beforehand to reserve their place. Travellers who wish to bring their friends or family who have not booked should contact us before bringing them in, which is to avoid any disappointment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To keep our tours operational, we require a minimum number of passengers. If we don’t reach the required figures we may reschedule or cancel the tour. Customers will be informed/contacted at least 10 hours before the tour and will have the option of either rescheduling or cancelling their booking with a full refund. We prioritise customers safety, therefore we may cancel or reschedule a tour due to bad weather or any other situation that could be a safety risk to our guests. Customers are eligible for a full refund for cancelling 24 hour prior to their trip, while they will get 70% of refund for cancellation of at least 10 hours before the trip. However, there is no refund for cancelling within the 10 hours of the tour’s starting time.
